We are still trying to configure international shipping so that it doesn't over or under charge. Until our shipping gremlins work this issue out, we'll happily send you a quote for shipping, and will invoice you for your purchase should you decide to buy some candles.


We use the United States Postal Service to ship our products. If you are overcharged by the shipping demon who lives in our website, we promise to refund you the difference; we know candle shipping is already expensive, and we don't want you to pay any more than you need to! You will receive a tracking number when you place an order.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately with a photo of the damaged candle. We will replace the candle (sorry, we cannot refund you) as soon as possible. We cannot replace lost or stolen packages; you must contact the post office with your tracking number in this unfortunate event. 


If we make a mistake in your order, we will replace it right away. We accept returns or exchanges for unused/undamaged candles, however the customer is responsible for paying for shipping both ways.
